Pancakes with pumpkin puree and apples on sour cream - this is an unusual taste and balanced healthfulness of pumpkin and apples in one place. Of course, I got not just pancakes, but Mega Pancakes, especially in size. For the "zest" I added lemon zest to the dough. Cinnamon and lemon zest gave a pleasant taste and aroma. The pumpkin gave orange color and pancakes, like the sun. The apples also did not stand aside; they provided a slight sourness. The pancakes are tender, but at the same time, very filling! Did I understand correctly that according to your recipe you only need to add 4 grams of pumpkin puree? It seems to me that this is some kind of microscopic amount!
