  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pancakes with baking powder? Prepare the necessary ingredients. The milk should be at room temperature, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance and measure out the required amount. Take a large, selected egg; if the eggs are small, add 1.5-2 pieces.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. With 30 g of sugar, the pancakes turn out slightly sweet, so if you need the dough to be distinctly sweet, add another 1 tbsp. l. sugar. You can omit vanilla sugar at all or replace it with vanillin, but you need to use much less vanilla - at the tip of a knife, otherwise the dough will taste bitter.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat everything with a mixer until fluffy foam and the sugar and salt crystals are completely dissolved. This is why the milk should warm up a little - in milk from the refrigerator, sugar and salt dissolve very slowly. And you also can’t beat the eggs for a long time, otherwise all the air bubbles will leave them, due to which the dough becomes fluffy and airy.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour in milk at room temperature and mix everything again.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour in the vegetable oil and beat everything again.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Sift the flour and baking powder into a separate bowl, and then stir the mixture with a whisk so that the baking powder is evenly distributed throughout the flour.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour the flour mixture into the dough in parts, stirring the mixture with a whisk each time and breaking up all the lumps. I advise you not to just pour the flour into the dough, but to sift it, so the flour will be filled with oxygen, and the dough will turn out more airy.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

When the dough is properly kneaded, small bubbles will appear on the surface.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Heat the frying pan over medium heat; no need to grease it with anything. Pour a portion of the dough into the center with a large spoon and quickly form an even circle with a diameter of 6-8 cm. Fry the pancakes over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. When the dough is slightly set on top, you can turn it over to the other side and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Serve the finished pancakes hot immediately. Bon appetit!

The pancakes turned out great, just the way I like them! Very tender and soft. And even more or less round in shape, although I didn’t try to make them even))) I didn’t change anything in the recipe, I just took half as much sugar so that I could eat pancakes with jam. Thank you!

Made pancakes for the first time! I wanted to treat my family to something new for breakfast. and Maslenitsa is in the yard)) I prepared double the norm, only I put in less sugar (instead of 60g I took 40g). The pancakes turned out to be very tender, sweet with a slight vanilla aroma, and their very appearance was appetizing. They didn’t spread during cooking, baked evenly, and came away from the pan easily. There were exactly 30 pieces in total. Everyone liked it! and now this dish will certainly pamper us in the future! Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

I made pancakes with milk and baking powder for tea. Simple, fast and very tasty! Beat the egg with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Next, I added milk (I took it out of the refrigerator in advance) and vegetable oil and mixed with a whisk. Sifted the flour, mixed with baking powder and added to the milk-egg mixture. Stirred and kneaded the dough. It turned out to be a thick dough. I spooned the dough into a dry frying pan and baked pancakes. The delicious treats are ready for tea: tender and soft! Thanks to the author Maria for the recipe and I recommend trying it 😊
