Pancakes made from rye flour
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Everything we need.
STEP 2
Break 1 egg into a bowl and add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (I put one) and a pinch of salt. Beat everything well with a whisk.
STEP 3
Next, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix.
STEP 4
Next, you need to dissolve 0.5 teaspoon of soda with vinegar and add it to the bowl with all the contents.
STEP 5
Then add 1 cup of rye flour (I use wholemeal) and 0.5 cups of food bran. Mix everything well.
STEP 6
At first the dough will be runny. You need to let it sit for 3-5 minutes and it will thicken a little.
STEP 7
Next, heat the non-stick frying pan thoroughly, because... We will fry pancakes without oil (I have an ASD pancake maker). Grease it with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil so that the first pancakes do not stick.
STEP 8
You can make pancakes the size you like. I like it to be about the size of a pancake. They fry very quickly, so it’s better to make the stove quieter (or turn down the gas).
STEP 9
That's all! Pancakes are ready! You can eat them with any delicacy - jam, maple syrup, honey, yogurt, etc.
