It turned out to be an interesting dessert, similar to cookies with filling. I probably overcooked it in the oven, I didn’t take into account that I baked it in a metal pan (it warms up faster). Therefore, the filling turned out to be less airy and the sandy base crumbled a little when cutting. Maybe add 0.5 eggs (yolk or white) to the dough? What do you advise? But I definitely want to try baking it again, with lemon. Julia, thanks for the recipe!
