  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make openwork pancakes with holes using kefir? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the dough will be more tender and flexible. My eggs are category C1.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare pancake dough, take a deep bowl so that splashes do not fly around the kitchen. Break the eggs into a bowl and add sugar. The amount of sugar can be increased slightly to suit your taste. Beat the eggs and sugar a little with a mixer until foam begins to appear.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then pour the prepared kefir into the bowl. Mix.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add sifted flour and baking soda. Knead a homogeneous dough without lumps of flour. For convenience, you can use a mixer. It does a great job of removing lumps of flour.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Separately, heat the milk until hot. Then pour in hot milk and add vegetable oil. Mix everything well again.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

The finished pancake dough is quite liquid. You can slightly adjust the consistency of the dough with flour or milk. But to make pancakes with holes, the dough must be liquid.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Heat the pancake pan until very hot. Before the first pancake, grease it a little with vegetable oil. Pour the dough in a very thin layer. It immediately begins to turn into holes. These pancakes cook quickly, literally 20-30 seconds on each side.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Remove the finished pancakes from the pan onto a plate, placing them on top of each other and cover with a lid so that they do not dry out. Our pancakes are ready! Supplement them with condensed milk, sour cream or jam. Enjoy your meal!

For breakfast I made kefir-based pancakes, lacy with holes. I liked that the dough turned out homogeneous, thanks to beating with a blender; I had never done that before) and the pancakes came off very well, without sticking to the pan. My heat on the stove was not high, so the pancakes came out with very small holes) The pancakes tasted sweet and tender, I served them with sour cream and herbal tea, thanks for the recipe!

Even on a cold December day, the house will become brighter and more comfortable if you prepare these thin and tasty pancakes. Only a summer photo😁 The author was absolutely right that you need to slightly edit the consistency of the dough with flour or milk. I added a little more milk in the end, otherwise they would have been thick pancakes) But otherwise the recipe deserves attention) Thanks to the Author❤️
