There is an obvious mistake in the recipe - the amount of salt, sugar, oil (vegetable or olive) is not indicated. But if there may not be sugar (like “French bread”), then there must be salt, and butter too. Apparently, salt 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 tablespoon and 1 tbsp. spoon of butter.

Instead of water, I used a 50/50 mixture of water and milk, fried the onion in lard, put it on flour along with the lard, took 1.5 tsp of yeast. Well, add a tablespoon of sugar for the yeast.
