STEP 1
How to make Olivier with chicken and cucumber? Prepare your food. Transfer the chicken fillet to the pan. Fill it with water, bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes, adding a little salt. Then remove the finished meat from the broth and cut it into several pieces so that it cools faster.
STEP 2
At the same time, boil the eggs, potatoes and carrots. Rinse the potatoes and carrots well to remove any dirt. No need to clean. Just add water and boil until soft, 20-30 minutes after boiling. Check readiness with a knife. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then cool everything.
STEP 3
Prepare a salad mixing bowl. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Peel the boiled eggs, cut them and add them to the chopped meat.
STEP 4
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Add the chopped potatoes to the bowl.
STEP 5
Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes as well. The cucumbers should be crispy and not too salty.
STEP 6
Add chopped cucumbers and canned green peas to the salad bowl. Add boiled carrots. First peel it and, like all previous products, cut it into cubes.
STEP 7
Season all the chopped ingredients with mayonnaise and mix well. The salad is ready! Place it in the refrigerator before the feast. Before serving, place in a salad bowl or serve as portions. The finished salad can be sprinkled with a little chopped dill. Bon appetit!
