Let's get started. We choose any drinking yogurt you like in the store, in my case it is apricot. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add eggs, honey and sugar, and beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.

Grind oatmeal, !!!not instant!!!, in a blender. Add to the whipped yogurt mixture and stir with a spoon.

Then we sift the flour and baking powder into our mixture.

Add all the spices and mix with a spoon.
STEP 5
This is the mass we should get. The consistency is thicker than pancakes.

Line a baking sheet with paper and spoon out cookies. You can take a smaller size than mine) I just like these flatbreads). Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. I like it to brown, so I turn on the grill fan. Bon Appetit!

I love baking with oatmeal and I found a new recipe for me on the site: oatmeal cookies with yogurt! I decided to try it and what a delicious cookie it turned out 👍I didn’t grind the cereal, I used strawberry yogurt. First, I beat the eggs with sugar, yogurt and honey. Then I added the cereal and stirred. Added spices, flour and baking powder, mixed until smooth. Spooned onto a baking sheet and baked at 180° for 20 minutes. Mmm... the aroma when baking was amazing! The result was a fragrant, tender, delicious cookie with notes of spicy spices 🍪 I recommend it for cooking and thank you very much to the author for the delicious recipe 😘

I’ll admit right away that I don’t like oatmeal. Unlike oatmeal cookies. And this recipe is a godsend for me. Using yogurt, we get cookies with your favorite fruit flavor or, changing yogurt, with different tastes. Spices are also an aroma and an original taste. Plus, ease of preparation. Products are available and inexpensive. Absolutely perfect recipe for a family menu. I'm adding the recipe to my cookbook!
