Since childhood, my mind vividly recalls my grandmother’s kitchen, where the smell of fresh baked goods and a pinch of cinnamon created cozy moments. Our family always gathered around the table, sharing stories and laughter, which strengthened the bond between us. Traveling around the world, I have drawn inspiration from various cultures, from oriental spices to Italian pastas. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Every dish I create is an opportunity to bring people together, and the simplicity of the recipes makes cooking a joy rather than a chore.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Seattle Culinary Academy.
