  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make nuts in an electric nut maker? First, boil a can of condensed milk. To do this, remove the label from the jar. Wash the jar in warm water, removing any remaining glue. Place the clean jar in a large saucepan and fill it with cold water. Place the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Boil, making sure the jar is under water. Cook for 3.5-4 hours. Or buy ready-made condensed milk, the choice is yours.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

While the condensed milk is cooking, make the cookie dough. To do this, beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar to them. You can change the amount of sugar to suit you. In principle, the filling here is very sweet, so you can get by with a minimum of sugar.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for several minutes until they reach a strong foam.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Melt the butter over heat in a small saucepan or ladle. How to melt butter? Place it in a ladle. Place the ladle over medium heat and heat the oil without bringing it to a boil. Once the butter is completely melted, pour it into the egg-sugar foam.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add sour cream and baking powder to the egg-sugar mixture and butter in a deep container. Whisk the mixture thoroughly again until smooth.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

To knead the dough, we use a special attachment for kneading thick dough called a “hook.” To do this, you need to gradually add flour, sifted through a sieve, into the container with the egg mixture. When the dough is completely kneaded, remove it from the container and place it on a plate or work surface so that it is convenient to pinch off small pieces from it. It is permissible to knead the dough with a spoon and then with your hands. It turns out dense

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Now you can use either a multi-baker with panels for “nut” cookies, or a simple Soviet nut maker (who has one). The process is simple: pinch off pieces of dough, roll them into a ball and place them in the pan. Fill all the cells of the multi-baker or hazelnut tin this way. Then cover the bottom of the pan with the top and bake the cookies for 3-4 minutes. Place the finished nuts on a wooden surface and cool at room temperature.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Fill all baked halves of nuts with previously prepared and cooled homemade boiled condensed milk. When all the halves are filled with condensed milk, all that remains is to connect the halves together. Cookie nuts with homemade boiled condensed milk are ready! Bon appetit!

In my opinion, I would like the dough to be somehow softer, more crumbly, but it is very crispy, but let it sit for now, I’ll try it later with tea. Externally, nuts with condensed milk in an electric nut maker look very appetizing. The specified amount would have made 40 nuts, but a can of condensed milk was only enough for 28.

I love nuts very much, ever since I was a child! But recently my kids started asking for this delicacy, so I decided to buy a cartoon baker and was very pleased. I changed the recipe a little, I didn’t use sour cream, I just put in not 100, but 200 grams of butter (I wanted a crispier dough) and about 350 grams of flour. It turned out very tasty, thank you!
