  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make non-alcoholic punch at home? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. First, brew some tea. Make the brew not very strong and cool. You can take brewed black or green tea, but it is advisable that it be without additives or flavorings. So that additives do not compete in aroma with spices and fruits. I brewed green loose leaf tea.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the orange well; it is advisable to even use a special brush and fruit cleaner. After all, we will use the orange along with the peel. You also need to wash it with very hot water - this way the orange will release much more juice. Cut the orange into half circles.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Also wash the apple well, remove the seed pod and cut into cubes. If you are using a store-bought apple, it makes sense to cut off the skin. Store-bought fruits for long-term storage are often treated with paraffin, but it is not removed from the human body in any way.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the chopped fruits in a deep bowl. Rinse the mint leaves well, dry with paper towels and also add to the fruit. Add cinnamon and star anise. I use a cinnamon stick and star anise, but it can also be ground spices. Also at this stage you can add some other favorite spices: maybe it will be vanilla or vanilla sugar, or maybe ginger, cloves or nutmeg.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Thaw the lingonberries and add to the bowl where you are preparing the drink.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add sugar and wait 10-15 minutes for the fruit to release its juice. Here, be guided by your taste. If you have sweet fruits or, for example, you are preparing a drink in the summer and took sweet apricots, peaches and strawberries, in this case you can add less sugar or not add it at all.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Fill the bowl with cooled brewed tea.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Stir and let the drink brew for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Then strain the drink. If you used ground spices, you will have to strain through a fine sieve or even cheesecloth.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Serve the drink chilled, or you can even use a siphon to make it carbonated. Bon appetit!

I made non-alcoholic punch at home this morning. To prepare it, I took an apple, a tangerine, and frozen sea buckthorn berries. I washed everything, peeled the seeds from the apples, and did not peel the tangerines. I cut the fruit and placed it in a French press. I also put blurred sea buckthorn berries there. I added dried lemon balm, mint and loose leaf green tea to the fruit, and sprinkled in a little ground cinnamon. I poured almost boiling water over it all, covered it with a lid and let it brew for about an hour. I tried it when the punch was still a little warm. The kids and I really enjoyed it! I didn't even want to add sugar or honey. Apples and tangerines added sweetness to the drink, which was diluted by the sourness of sea buckthorn, and mint and lemon balm gave off their wonderful aroma. Thanks to the author for the recipe! I will make this delicious vitamin drink again!
