    You can use regular condensed milk. I wanted a light caramel flavor from the condensed milk, so I boiled it in a saucepan for an hour and a half. During this time, the condensed milk does not have time to thicken too much, but acquires a golden brown color.

    Grind the nuts in a blender or chop them into fine crumbs with a knife. You can use any nuts you like. To slightly balance the sweetness of marshmallows and condensed milk, I used salted peanuts.

    Grind the cookies with a blender or crumble them with your hands. You can use any cookies: sugar biscuit or regular unsalted cracker. There is also a good way to grind cookies: you need to put them in a bag, tie the end of the bag and crush the cookies with a rolling pin.

    Pour 2 tbsp into a separate bowl. l. chopped nuts and cookies. Combine the remaining nuts, cookies and butter with condensed milk.

    Mix the mass well. The cream should be viscous, but plastic, so that it is convenient to spread on the marshmallow. If your cream is too thick, you can slightly dilute it with condensed milk.

    Divide the marshmallows into halves. To make the cake look more original, it is better to use marshmallows of different colors. I had white vanilla and beige marshmallows with creme brulee flavor. An interesting taste will be obtained with coffee marshmallows.

    Lightly sprinkle the dish with crushed cookies. This is necessary so that the marshmallows do not stick to the plate. Place several marshmallow halves on top of the cookies, cut side down. If you use different colored marshmallows, alternate them.

The no-bake marshmallow cake attracted me with its unusualness. To be honest, I never even thought that a cake could be made with marshmallows. I made the cake using 200 grams of marshmallows. According to the calculations of the calculator, it turned out to be 4 servings. I used marshmallows with creme brulee flavor. Instead of peanuts I took almonds. I had regular sugar cookies. Assembling the cake was not difficult. To be honest, I was a little doubtful that I would be able to cut the cake into pieces. But it turned out that after the cake had been in the refrigerator for several hours, cutting it was quite easy. Each piece holds its shape perfectly and does not fall apart. The cake actually tastes quite sweet. But if you wash down each piece you eat with a large amount of tea, then the sweetness is no longer felt as much. The whole family was pleased with the tea party with this cake. In general, the cake captivated me with its ease of preparation and delicate taste. I’m taking note of the recipe and will definitely make this cake for the next holiday. It seems to me that red currant berries will fit perfectly here. I didn’t even expect that marshmallows go so well with oranges and bananas. I couldn’t find any kiwi, so I made it only from bananas and oranges. But it turned out really great!
