No-bake cake with kiwi and sour cream

Incredibly impressive, beautiful, and it just melts in your mouth! No-bake cake with kiwi and sour cream turns out similar to cheesecake, with a crispy cookie crust and a tender base with condensed milk. It’s not difficult to make, all the products are inexpensive. You can use any fruit or replace them with berries.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a no-bake cake with kiwi and sour cream? Prepare your food. Take shortbread cookies such as Jubilee, Baked milk, For coffee. Choose high-quality, natural butter, condensed milk and sour cream, without vegetable fats.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Grind the cookies using any available method. The fastest and easiest way is to put it in a bag and punch it with a rolling pin. Pour the finished crumbs into a bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Melt the butter. In the microwave, in a water bath or in a ladle. Read about each method in detail at the end of the recipe.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour the melted butter into the bowl with the crumbs and stir to combine. The mass should not be too dry so that it sticks and does not fall apart. Otherwise, pour some milk into it.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Take a springform pan, mine is 20cm in diameter. A smaller cake will turn out taller. Pour the base mixture into the mold and tamp it down using a flat-bottomed glass. Place the pan in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell for the time indicated on the package. I have instant gelatin, it swells very quickly. After the allotted time, melt the gelatin in the microwave or on the stove without bringing it to a boil.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour sour cream, condensed milk and melted gelatin into another bowl.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Mix the products with a whisk until smooth.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Remove the pan with the base from the refrigerator and pour the filling onto it. Refrigerate the cake until completely set, at least 2 hours. Then take it out and release it from the mold.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Wash the kiwi, peel and cut into thin slices.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place kiwi slices on top of the cake.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Serve it to the table. The cake cuts perfectly and holds its shape. Bon appetit!

A no-bake cake recipe with kiwi and sour cream is an excellent option for quickly preparing a delicious dessert. No baking, no long beating, from available products. I made half a batch, so the springform pan was too big for so many ingredients. I took a suitable salad bowl, lined it with cling film and poured the sour cream mixture into it and put it in the refrigerator so that the mixture would set a little. After that, I carefully laid a mixture of crushed cookies with melted butter on it in an even layer. Again I put the cake in the refrigerator for the sour cream mixture to completely harden. I placed the finished cake on a plate, removed the cling film from it and decorated it with kiwi slices on top. The dessert turned out amazing! Thanks for the recipe, katushafin!

Very interesting recipe, thank you. But the question arose: “How to “carefully” remove the silicone mold?” It's essentially bird's milk.

What fat content should sour cream be?
