The long-awaited season of young potatoes has arrived. I wanted to make new potatoes baked with herbs and garlic in the oven. I peeled the potatoes with a hard sponge. There was an amazing aroma in the apartment that I think even the neighbors were drooling over. Tender, aromatic, literally melting in the mouth, new potatoes were served with homemade, crispy cucumbers.
