  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make nests from pasta with minced meat and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. You can use chicken, pork, or turkey as minced meat. Take good quality pasta, made from durum flour. They don't boil over. You can use water instead of broth. The broth is salted.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel and chop the onion in a convenient way. I usually grate it; you can use a meat grinder, chopper or blender. Or finely chop with a knife. Add onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Knead it well. You can add any spices to your taste. You can also add chopped garlic.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Use a frying pan with sides high enough to accommodate the height of the nests. Place nests in it. Make lumps from the minced meat. Carefully place the minced meat into the holes of the nests.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour broth into the pan until it is 2/3 full of pasta.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Bring the broth to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and leave the dish to simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Watch the water. As soon as it boils and the set time has passed, sprinkle the nests with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and wait until the cheese melts. Then turn off the fire. The dish is ready. It is better to serve the nests immediately while they are hot. Bon appetit!

My daughter asked me to cook nest pasta. I found several interesting recipes on the site and settled on this one. Nests of pasta with minced meat and cheese in a frying pan are prepared very simply and quickly. 8 nests fit into my frying pan, I immediately laid them out. For the cutlets, I mixed minced beef and pork and grated the onion. I didn't add any spices, just salted it. The recipe calls for using broth. I didn't have it in stock. But during cooking, when the pasta began to settle and the water reached the minced meat, that same broth appeared). The nests were cooked under a closed lid and in half an hour they managed to soak in the resulting broth. The meat was also perfectly steamed, the cutlets became soft and fluffy! The melted cheese added even more flavor to this delicious dish! Thanks for the recipe!

Nests of pasta with minced meat and cheese in a frying pan - this dish brightened up our lunch. A very simple, tasty and satisfying dish for the whole family. My boys snapped them up as soon as the “nests” had time to cool down and asked for more. I'll go do more. Thank you very much for the recipe!
