    How to make nest noodles with minced meat? Prepare your food. My minced meat is homemade chicken/pork, but store-bought or other meat will do. I also use homemade tomato sauce; it can be replaced with tomato paste or ketchup.

    First, fry the vegetables to add them to the minced meat. Thanks to the vegetables, it will become softer and juicier, and will not remain a hard ball in the pasta. The minced meat itself can also be pre-fried and then placed on pasta. But I will only fry vegetables. Peel and chop the vegetables (carrots, onions, garlic) - onion into cubes, carrots on a coarse grater, garlic through a press. Fry them in vegetable oil in a frying pan until soft.

    In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat, fried vegetables, add salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well.

    Place dry pasta nests in the frying pan; do not place them too close, they will increase in size. Place a ball of mince on each nest. If you wish, you can leave some of the fried vegetables and place them on top of the minced pasta. But then take them a little more.

    Dilute the sauce with water and pour the nests with minced meat so that the liquid covers them by 2/3. I have homemade tomato sauce with pepper, it is not thick or rich, so I added a little water. If you use tomato paste or ketchup, then take more water. Cover the frying pan with a lid and place on medium heat. As soon as the liquid boils, reduce the heat and cook the nests for 20 minutes, covered.

    If the sauce boils away before the nests are cooked, add a little hot water to the pan. Serve the finished nests pasta immediately after cooking. Place one or two mugs of pasta with minced meat on each plate, sprinkling them with grated cheese. Bon appetit!

I prepared nest noodles with minced meat. I used minced pork. I fried the onions and carrots, combined them with raw minced meat, added salt and pepper to taste and placed them in nests “with a heap”. I diluted the tomato (I also used homemade) with warm water, added some salt, even added a pinch of sugar to complete the taste, poured it into a frying pan with nests and set it to simmer under the lid. Cooked until the noodles were fully cooked. By this time, the liquid in the pan has completely evaporated. When serving, sprinkle the nests with fresh herbs. Simple, satisfying, tasty. It turns out to be a complete meat dish with a side dish. The meat filling turns out juicy and tasty due to the addition of fried vegetables. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

Pasta and minced meat are already classics in the culinary field. Pasta products today are offered in a wide variety of forms. As a result, cooking has become more interesting. So I decided to take the so-called “nests” and chose this recipe for cooking. Everything is fine and wonderful, but I “looked through” my nests. The liquid boiled away and the nests got a little fried. But it still turned out delicious. Will I cook this dish again? Maybe yes. Frankly speaking, I have had no luck with pasta. This is a “stone in the garden” of the manufacturer (I’ll skip the anti-advertising). Many nests are broken. In the closed package it was not noticeable. My advice is that if you are planning to cook such dishes, carefully inspect the nests. The owner of the recipe is a big plus, I definitely recommend it.
