Great idea for a winter snack! Suitable for any table! In order to get excellent honey mushroom caviar for the winter, we select strong, fresh mushrooms with whole stems. This culinary recipe, by the way, was inherited from my grandmother. She really loved harvesting mushrooms with us. This is traditional Russian cuisine, as far as I know.
