A bright vitamin salad in 10 minutes for you and your guests. Salad with vegetables, crab sticks and cheese - appetizing, satisfying, elegant. To prepare it, a minimum set of products is used that are inexpensive. It turns out juicy, all the ingredients in it combine well with each other in terms of taste characteristics. As a decoration, I used fish from red pepper, which I had left over after preparing the salad. She just came!

We wash it, remove the stalk with seeds and cut into thin long strips. We take a tomato that is not overripe and tight. We also wash and cut into strips: first into circles, and then the circles into strips. When cutting tomatoes, remove the seeds and the juicy part, leaving only the hard part.

    We take crab sticks of good quality (that is, more expensive) so as not to spoil the taste and appearance of the salad. Defrost them and cut them into thin strips.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You need to buy good quality cheese: not a cheese product, but a full-fledged and well-ripened cheese.

    Combine the prepared products in a suitable bowl: tomato, pepper, crab sticks and cheese. Add chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Take mayonnaise with a fat content of 50%, or preferably homemade. The fattier the mayonnaise, the thicker it is.

    Mix everything carefully with a spoon. Taste it, you may want to add garlic. If you are satisfied with everything, then the salad is ready. It, like other dishes, is best eaten fresh. You can make a fish as decoration. I cut it out from the remaining part of the pepper: an oblong body, a bushy tail and two fins. Decorated with mayonnaise.
