    How to make mini pancakes? Prepare your food. There is no sugar in the recipe at all, as these pancakes are served with honey or syrup. If you have a sweet tooth, then add half a tablespoon. It is better if the milk and other products are warm, at room temperature, then the dough will mix better and the pancakes will taste better.

    Melt the butter using any available method. I heated it on the stove. Then cool the oil.

    Take a large bowl and pour milk into it. Break an egg into the milk. Pour out the melted butter. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.

I made mini pancakes for breakfast. I took the egg category C1. I used the same amount of premium flour as indicated in the recipe. I didn't add sugar. The dough turned out to be quite thick. I fried the pancakes in a cast iron frying pan. I placed the dough into the frying pan with a teaspoon (half a teaspoon for each pancake). The finished pancakes have a very pleasant and delicate creamy taste. They are so small, cute and delicious that it is very difficult to stop, you want to eat more and more.
