STEP 1

How to make mini pancakes? Prepare your food. There is no sugar in the recipe at all, as these pancakes are served with honey or syrup. If you have a sweet tooth, then add half a tablespoon. It is better if the milk and other products are warm, at room temperature, then the dough will mix better and the pancakes will taste better.
STEP 2

Melt the butter using any available method. I heated it on the stove. Then cool the oil.
STEP 3

Take a large bowl and pour milk into it. Break an egg into the milk. Pour out the melted butter. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
STEP 4

Sift the flour into a separate container. Add other dry ingredients to it: baking powder, soda and salt. If you are using it, add sugar here. Stir.
STEP 5

Pour the dry mixture into the milk mixture. Mix with a whisk until the dough becomes homogeneous.
STEP 6

Now transfer the dough into a suitable container from which you can place the pancakes into the frying pan - a bottle with a dispenser, a sauce jar, a cooking bag.
STEP 7

Heat a non-stick pancake pan. It will be more convenient to bake pancakes on it. Lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place tiny pancakes, the size of a five-ruble coin, into the frying pan.
STEP 8

Fry them on one side first and then flip them over to the other. It is more convenient to do this with a fork or toothpick.
STEP 9

Dump the finished pancakes onto a plate in one motion. Fry all the dough in the same way. Serve pancakes with sour cream, honey, jam, and berries.
