Previously, for the filling, I grinded already boiled meat through a meat grinder and heated it in a frying pan with fried onions. And this time I used the minced meat pancake filling recipe. For a light spicy kick, I added spices to the filling to taste - smoked paprika, nutmeg on the tip of a knife and a pinch of oregano. The filling turned out wonderful, suitable not only for pancakes, but also for pies, pies and navy-style pasta!

I decided to bake pancakes and stuff them. And as a filling I chose stuffing for minced pancakes. Finely chopped the onion and fried it in a frying pan, added minced meat, salt, pepper and fried it together until tender. The filling turned out to be delicious.
