STEP 1

How to make minced meatballs with rice in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. It could be chicken, beef, turkey or pork. STEP 2

Place the rice in boiling water and add a little salt. Cook the rice for 10-15 minutes until half cooked. Follow the instructions on the package for cooking times. The rice will expand in volume, but the center will still be firm. Then place the rice in a colander to drain excess water.
STEP 3

To prepare meatballs, combine prepared minced meat and finely chopped onion.
STEP 4

Then add cooked rice and egg. Add a little salt and spices to taste. For spices I use a little ground pepper and paprika.
STEP 5

Mix all the ingredients well and beat the mass on the bottom of the bowl to make the meat mass denser. Thanks to this, the meatballs will not fall apart during cooking.
STEP 6

STEP 7

Then add some flour to the pan. Stir.
STEP 8

Add tomato paste and water. Mix everything and bring to a boil. You can add more water.
STEP 9

Form small meatballs from the resulting meat mass and place in a frying pan in the boiling sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meatballs over low heat for 30 minutes. You can turn them over 1-2 times during cooking. If the water boils too much, you can add a little more hot water. The more water there is, the more gravy there will be. And it is very tasty!
