I decided to cook minced meatballs with rice in a frying pan according to this recipe. I liked the easy and quick preparation. I used store-bought chicken minced meat. From the spices I added ground coriander, salt and pepper. And in the gravy I replaced the tomato paste with ketchup due to the lack of it. I mixed all the ingredients for the meatballs, beat them according to the author’s advice, and it turned out to be a dense mass, from which I easily formed small balls. For the gravy, I first sautéed the vegetables, then added flour and ketchup. I poured more water, boiled it, laid out the meat balls and simmered it in a frying pan for half an hour under the lid so that the water did not boil away. The dish turned out very tasty and satisfying, even the child ate it with pleasure. This resulted in a lot of tender meatballs and a lot of flavorful gravy. Wow, my favorite recipe for minced meatballs with rice in a frying pan! I wanted to add it to “My Recipes”, but it’s already there. I have also loved this taste since childhood and have been making it for my son. I’ve already added “Cookbook” so I don’t forget anything. Only I didn’t grate carrots into this dish.
