Today I made zucchini with minced meat and potatoes in the oven for a family lunch. I used minced pork. I chopped the onion using a coarse grater, as well as carrots, zucchini and potatoes. Add onion, salt, ground black pepper to the minced meat and mix. I put minced meat, carrots, zucchini, potatoes in the mold and brushed it with a little mayonnaise. I baked it longer than recommended by the author. About 5 minutes before it was ready, I sprinkled grated cheese on top. It turned out delicious, aromatic, satisfying!
