How to make meat nests from minced meat with cheese and mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To prepare nests, you can use any type of minced meat or take an assortment of several types. I will cook with minced pork. I use wild mushrooms as a mushroom filling. they were boiled and frozen. If necessary, simply defrost them. Choose any cheese according to your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces as well. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions for a few minutes. During frying, the onions will become softer, the liquid will evaporate from the mushrooms and they will begin to fry a little. Salt the mushrooms a little.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix the minced meat with salt and spices and beat it on the bottom of the bowl to make it denser.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Make small balls from the prepared minced meat. Press them into the cake and make a small indentation in the center so that it looks like a small nest.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place some grated cheese in the center of each nest.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then fill the nests with mushroom filling. Lay it down tighter.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Lubricate the top of the nests with mayonnaise and place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. You can use homemade mayonnaise. Below the steps you will find a link to homemade mayonnaise recipes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

After the specified time, remove the pan from the oven. Place chopped tomatoes on each nest and sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top. Return the pan to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. The times are approximate, please be guided by the operating characteristics of your equipment. Read more about how ovens work in the article at the end of this recipe.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

During this time, the tomatoes will have time to bake a little and become softer. The cheese will melt completely. Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the minced meat nests with mushrooms and cheese to a plate and serve hot! Bon appetit!

For lunch I made nests from minced meat. I took minced pork for them, and for the filling - frozen mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese. I rinsed the frozen white mushrooms with warm water and let them stand at room temperature. Without waiting for them to defrost, I chopped them finely and put them in a frying pan along with the onions, frying until done. I formed “nests” from the minced meat, put a little grated cheese and mushrooms inside each piece. I added mayonnaise on top. I baked minced meat nests stuffed with cheese and mushrooms in the oven for 25 minutes. After that, I placed tomato slices and the remaining cheese on the “nests” and baked them for another 15 minutes. It turned out delicious and very appetizing! I especially liked the mushroom and cheese filling, which complemented the meat perfectly. Thank you very much for the recipe!

What can I say) a baking sheet of nests (16 pcs) for dinner for 4 people) in the photo just out of the oven, I haven’t decorated it yet, and I don’t have time - everything is eaten in one or two bites))) Very tasty and fast! Thanks for the recipe 👍 I also have forest mushrooms, but without tomatoes, it turns out delicious. It's a pity, the photo can't convey the taste)))
