STEP 1
How to very quickly and easily prepare tender and juicy cutlets from mixed minced meat with zucchini and onions, which are sure to please many and will pleasantly surprise you with their wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices for preparing homemade meat cutlets with zucchini.
STEP 2
To prepare the cutlets, take a fine grater and grate three hundred grams of pre-peeled, seedless zucchini.
STEP 3
Take a large bowl and place in it six hundred grams of mixed minced pork and beef, grated zucchini and add about one teaspoon of salt.
STEP 4
Add half a teaspoon of dried garlic, one third of a teaspoon of ground pepper mixture and one third of a teaspoon of ground coriander to the bowl with minced meat.
STEP 5
Break and add one chicken egg to a common bowl, then one pre-finely chopped onion and fried until golden.
STEP 6
Mix all the ingredients very well in a bowl until the minced meat is homogeneous in consistency.
STEP 7
Cover the bowl with the minced meat mixed until smooth with a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes so that the cooked minced meat infuses a little.

Mix the infused minced meat in a bowl, then take the required amount of mixed minced meat and beat it in your hands, then roll it in premium wheat flour and form cutlets of the desired size.
STEP 9
Place the cutlets formed and rolled in flour into a frying pan with two tablespoons of vegetable oil preheated in it and fry on medium heat until golden brown on one side.
STEP 10
Turn the cutlets fried on one side in the frying pan and cover it with a lid, then continue cooking them on low heat for ten to twelve minutes.
STEP 11
Place the prepared minced meat cutlets with zucchini on a plate and serve with a side dish according to your taste and desire.
