Minced fish with vegetables like meatballs

STEP 1

White fish (I have nilus), carrots, broccoli, onions
STEP 2

Divide the cabbage into sprigs and rinse thoroughly in running water. Then boil the broccoli in boiling water for about five minutes until it becomes softer.
STEP 3

Grind the prepared broccoli, fish fillet, carrots and onions in a food processor (blender) or pass through a meat grinder.
STEP 4

I made a sauce for the cutlets. Diced onion and sliced garlic
STEP 5

I fried everything in vegetable oil, then added a tablespoon of red sweet paprika
STEP 6

At the very end, added water and simmered the sauce for a couple of minutes.
STEP 7

We form cutlets from the finished mixture, roll each of them in flour and fry in a hot frying pan on both sides until crispy. You can also form cutlets and cook them steamed or in the oven. With this method of preparation, the calorie content of the finished dish will be significantly reduced.
STEP 8

I added a couple of broccoli florets to the sauce.
STEP 9

I like it. This is for my taste. The only thing I would add to the cutlets is an egg. But they held up well for me even without eggs. Thanks for the recipe.
