  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make Mimosa salad with sardine and cheese? Boil the eggs hard. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water, peel and separate into whites and yolks, which you grate separately from each other on a fine grater.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

We use crushed whites as the first layer of salad; we spread them with mayonnaise on top. I put the salad not on a flat dish, but in a deep salad bowl, you can choose your own option.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Separate the fish from the bones and mash it with a fork. Place the prepared fish in a second layer on top of the egg whites. Instead of sardines, you can take canned saury - they taste somewhat similar.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Also grease the fish layer with mayonnaise.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place it in a third layer on top of the fish.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

We also need to grease the cheese layer with mayonnaise.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Grate the butter over the cheese layer, distributing it evenly over the entire surface of the salad. Butter will give the salad even more juiciness and fill it with creamy taste. The main thing is to use real butter of good quality and sufficient fat content, and not spread or margarine.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Sprinkle chopped egg yolks on top of the salad and decorate to your liking. The simplest option is fresh herbs, well, you can also add a slice of lemon. Give the finished salad time to soak. I sincerely hope that now you, dear housewives, have no questions left about how to make mimosa salad with sardine and cheese!

I was looking for a new recipe for some salad for the holiday table. On the Internet I came across the website Khrumka with taste. I discovered an amazing thing there - an electronic cookbook. To be honest, now I’ve simply thrown my notebook with recipes into a distant drawer. I only use an online cookbook. Very comfortably. You enter any recipe with a photo into it. Now I don’t have a headache from thinking about what to cook! I tried this particular salad a long time ago and couldn’t find its recipe. I was interested in the question of the order of layers.

I also like this site for this reason too. A culinary e-book is something. When I cook again, I even look at my recipes here. I forgot about notebooks a long time ago.

A classic winter dish. This is how I cook it: I put the fish on the bottom, and the whites before the yolks, after the fish you can grate 2 small boiled potatoes, the salad will not be so greasy.

I often prepare the same salad, but I also add finely chopped onions. To prevent the onion from becoming bitter, before adding it to the salad, I pour boiling water over it, then drain the water. There is no bitterness, but it gives off its own taste. This dish turns out quite tasty and tender, try it.
