I made millet soup with chicken for lunch today. And I started by preparing broth from chicken wings and back, which I specially left for the first one. The soup with them turns out not only tasty, but also satisfying. While the broth was cooking, I fried carrots, onions and bell peppers in a frying pan. I also added a tomato to the frying. The tomatoes are now sweet, and the taste of the soup with them becomes richer and more pleasant. I chopped the potatoes and put them in the pan instead of millet (I took 1.5 tbsp). I added a little more chopped parsley. I put the fried vegetables in the pan at the end of cooking along with a bay leaf, and the broth immediately became very picturesque. The meat, vegetables and millet were well cooked and became soft. The soup turned out to be aromatic, rich, thick, with a clear broth, very tasty! My husband and I really liked it! Thank you very much for the recipe!
