STEP 1

How to make pancakes with milk, yeast and eggs? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Vegetable oil must be refined and odorless. You can take not only dry yeast, but also fresh yeast at the rate of 1:3, that is, about 15 g of fresh yeast is needed.
STEP 2

Sift 200 g of flour into a deep bowl, add sugar, yeast and vanillin. Before using yeast, you need to read the instructions. Because there are yeasts that need to be mixed with flour right away, and there are those that need to be activated by mixing with warm liquid (water or milk). We need yeast that mixes immediately with the flour.
STEP 3

Pour in warm milk (37-40°C). Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Let the dough sit in a warm place for 30 minutes to activate the yeast. The mass will increase approximately 2 times.
STEP 4

Break the eggs into a separate bowl and beat with a fork until smooth. The white should mix with the yolk.
STEP 5

Pour beaten eggs and 2 tbsp into the dough. l. vegetable oil. Mix everything.
STEP 6

Add salt. Sift in the remaining flour in parts, stirring the dough thoroughly each time until smooth. You may need more or less flour, look at the consistency. You can mix with a whisk or mixer using special dough whisks. The dough will be very sticky and viscous.
STEP 7

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 40-45 minutes. I put it in a slightly warm oven.
STEP 8

During this time, the dough will increase in volume by 1.5-2 times.
STEP 9

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Using a spoon dipped in water, spoon out the dough and form into round pancakes. Fry the yeast pancakes on both sides until golden brown. The pancakes take on a golden brown color very quickly. Place the finished pancakes on a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
