Merry family buns made from yeast dough with jam

Ingredients

STEP 1

Heat the milk slightly, add vanillin and yeast, mix thoroughly and leave for 5 minutes to dissolve the yeast.

Add 2 eggs, butter and salt, mix thoroughly until smooth. Instead of sunflower oil, you can use butter

Add flour and mix

Knead the dough thoroughly

Form the dough into a log, grease it with vegetable oil, cover with a towel or cling film and place in a warm place to rise.

After about 1.5 hours, when the dough has risen, knead it and leave for another hour

Place the dough on a board or table sprinkled with flour.

Prepare the filling, mix the jam with flour, divide the dough into portioned flatbreads

Grease each pie with butter and place in a baking dish

When all the pies are placed in the pan, cover again with a towel and leave to proof for about 20 minutes, meanwhile preheat the oven. Before baking, you can brush with a mixture of one egg yolk with one tablespoon of water, for a more golden crust.

Bake in the oven preheated to 190 degrees, 15-20 minutes

Remove from the oven, brush with butter and wrap in a towel for 15-20 minutes to allow the baked goods to rest.
