Peel the carrots and onions, grate three carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion.
STEP 3
Boil the potatoes in salted water, mash them into puree with the addition of butter.
STEP 4
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil, add spices to taste a few minutes before they are ready and stir. Cool the vegetables for the filling slightly.
STEP 5
Salt the minced meat and add chopped garlic if desired. Spread the minced meat in a layer (1.5-2 cm) on a sheet of foil in the shape of a rectangle. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes on top.
STEP 6
Then evenly arrange the sautéed vegetables.
STEP 7
Using foil, carefully roll the roll.
STEP 8
We wrap the roll in the form of a “candy” and place it on a sheet where it will be baked. Place in a preheated room at 200 degrees. oven for about 40 minutes.
STEP 9
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with finely chopped dill.
STEP 10
When the time has come, take out the roll, unroll it and sprinkle the prepared cheese on top. We bake the roll for another 10 minutes, without covering it with foil, so that the top is browned.
