For dinner I baked meatballs with potatoes in the oven. This is very convenient, both meat and side dish at once! I took more products so that there would be enough for a large mold. I cut the potatoes with a curly knife and mixed them with potato seasoning and paprika. Then mixed with fresh and delicious sour cream. Since there are a lot of potatoes, I decided to pour a little water, about a centimeter, into the bottom. I made meatballs from minced chicken using thigh fillet. I didn’t add coriander, my daughter doesn’t like it. But I seasoned the minced meat with paprika, a mixture of drained vegetables and fresh dill. I baked it longer due to the volume of products, I got 1.5 hours under foil and 30 minutes without it. In any case, you need to check readiness by piercing a slice of potato. The potatoes and meatballs released enough juice, so my potatoes simmered in sour cream gravy. It turned out very tender thanks to this! The meatballs are soft, tasty, and have a golden brown crust on top! This is a great filling dinner!

I don’t recommend pouring water, it will boil and flow out and in the end there will be soup, one sour cream is enough
