Meatballs with mushrooms

STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the recipe and feel free to start cooking.

Grind the coriander.
STEP 3

Grate the red carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Wash and peel any mushrooms. Cut into small pieces.
STEP 5

Cut the onion into small cubes.
STEP 6

Boil the rice in advance in a small amount of water until fluffy.
STEP 7

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it and add chopped onions and carrots. Fry over medium heat for about 5 - 7 minutes. Then add mushrooms, spices and salt to taste. Fry until done.
STEP 8

When all the components of the dish are ready, place them in a deep cup, mix everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass and taste again for salt.
STEP 9

From the resulting base, form small balls in the form of meatballs of the same size.
STEP 10

Fry the prepared meatballs in a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat, turning evenly. So that they are lightly fried on all sides.
STEP 11

Take a flat, wide dish and use lettuce leaves and fresh vegetables to decorate. Place the prepared meatballs on top.
