Meat with quince in the oven

STEP 1

How to bake meat with quince in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. To bake, take a whole piece of boneless pork. You can take carbonate or the neck part. Rinse the meat and dry it with paper towels. Cut into pieces 1.5-2 centimeters thick, slightly short of cutting to the end. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees.
STEP 2

Salt the meat and sprinkle with spices. Rub the spices into the meat with your hands.
STEP 3

STEP 4

Wash the quince with a brush to remove all the lint from it. Then cut it into 4 parts, remove the core and cut the quince into slices. It is not necessary to remove the peel from it.
STEP 5

Insert quince pieces into the cuts in the meat. Place the remaining quince around the piece of meat.
STEP 6

Then brush the meat and quince over all surfaces with liquid honey. So that the honey becomes liquid. If your honey is candied, then melt it in a water bath or in the microwave at medium power.
STEP 7

STEP 8

20-30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, remove the top layer of foil and leave the meat in the oven, uncovered, to brown.
STEP 9
