Ava Ri Ya, and the sauce is awesome. If you decide to cook meat, I advise you to follow the recipe exactly. Unfortunately, I thought I would have to add salt at the end. It’s a good thing I didn’t, it would have ruined everything. The amount of salt in soy sauce is enough to bring out the sweet and sour taste of pineapples and ketchup.
