    How to make meat in pita bread? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The meat must be passed through a meat grinder and turned into minced meat. I will use pork, but it can be replaced with any other type of meat or cold cuts. If you don’t have a meat grinder, you can chop the meat finely. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with ketchup.

    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped onion for a minute. Then add the minced meat to the pan and fry everything together until the minced meat is ready. This will take 15-20 minutes. While frying, add a little salt to the minced meat and sprinkle with ground pepper or any spices to your taste.

I had some minced meat and pita bread. And then I just saw a recipe for cooking meat in pita bread. I used minced pork and added carrots to the onions. Finely chopped the onion and grated the carrots on a fine grater. I fried it and added minced meat. I grated the cheese and chopped the herbs. I mixed ketchup with mayonnaise. Lavash was cut into squares and coated with sauce. I laid out the minced meat, cheese, herbs, rolled them into envelopes and fried them in a dry frying pan on both sides. Fast, simple and very tasty!
