For the first time I prepared mayonnaise at home, having had a blender for a long time. I prepared the sauce very quickly, literally in 5 minutes. I used homemade fresh egg and plain vegetable oil. Incredible! The egg and butter turned into mayonnaise before our eyes. I beat with an immersion blender with a power of 600 W. I added everything according to the recipe - salt, pepper, lemon juice. But I took twice as much garlic to make the sauce spicier. This garlic mayonnaise turned out amazing in just a few minutes! The sauce for this recipe is very thick, smooth, aromatic and delicious! Decent recipe! Thanks a lot to the author!
