STEP 1

How to make mayonnaise sauce with garlic? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Eggs are used raw to make the sauce. Therefore, it is better to take the latest ones and purchased from a trusted seller. Take vegetable oil that is absolutely odorless. A flavor, even one you really like in oil, can ruin the taste of mayonnaise. Adjust the amount of garlic to taste. To avoid spending a lot of time and effort on obtaining juice, choose a juicier lemon.
STEP 2

Peel the garlic, wash it and pass it through a press or chop it very finely with a knife. Even if you are confident in the capabilities of your blender, it is better to do this in advance and not add large pieces to the sauce. Due to the fairly large amount of oil in the sauce, the garlic will not be able to be chopped in a blender.
STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil, eggs and lemon juice into a blender bowl or deep bowl in which it will be convenient to beat.
STEP 4

Holding an immersion blender at the bottom of the bowl, blend until almost all of the mixture turns white.
STEP 5

Add a little salt and pepper, chopped garlic. Continue whisking the sauce until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
STEP 6

Transfer the resulting sauce into a glass or ceramic container with a lid. You can use it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for no more than a week.
