    The first time I tried this dish in a restaurant, since then I’ve been thinking all the time about how to make the same salad with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes at home, I really liked it. I found a recipe and am sharing it with you. So let's get started. Wash the champignons and cut them into halves.

    Fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Stir and fry for 5 minutes until golden.

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. We also cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes, like the tomatoes. We also need boiled chicken for the recipe. You can use chicken fillet, thigh or leg. You need to boil the meat in boiling salted water until cooked, then cool it and cut it into medium-sized cubes, corresponding to tomatoes and cheese.

    Place lettuce leaves on a plate for serving salad (I used a large flat dish), and lay all the ingredients on top in layers. First we lay out the tomatoes.

    We finish everything with mayonnaise. You can also sprinkle it with chopped dill. I didn't add salt. The salad is ready to serve!

I prepared a May salad with mushrooms, chicken and tomatoes. The day before, I boiled chicken breast and fried champignons. Therefore, today it took very little time to prepare the salad. I placed lettuce leaves on the dish, layered them with chopped tomatoes, cheese, chicken, fried champignons, olives, adding additional chopped lettuce leaves (I just tore them with my hands, not too finely). By the way, it is better to make the first layer not from whole lettuce leaves, but also to chop them a little, this will make it more convenient to take the salad from the dish. On each layer I applied a thin mesh of mayonnaise using a pastry bag. The salad turned out delicious!!! Very juicy, bright. Today I prepared a salad for a family dinner, I will definitely prepare it for the holiday table, I am sure that the guests will appreciate it. I recommend to all! Thanks for the recipe, Ellisa!
