I just love mashed potatoes with cheese! When you don’t want to bother, I simply cut the cheese into small cubes directly into a plate of hot mashed potatoes. But for the holiday dinner I made everything according to the recipe. I boiled the potatoes for about 40 minutes. I mashed them with a masher, added delicious butter, salt and 10% cream instead of milk. I know that adding cheese will make the mashed potatoes thicker, so I diluted the mashed potatoes with potato water in advance. The cheese was quickly mixed into the potatoes and served immediately with meat gravy. It's amazingly delicious! The puree became thick and viscous. By the way, I advise you to adjust the amount of salt in the puree based on the salinity of the cheese. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

Mashed potatoes with cheese are unusual and very tasty, with a hint of piquancy in the usual mashed potatoes! To be honest, the combination of cheese, milk and boiled potatoes always whets my appetite! It seems like nothing special, but the result is always the same). It turns out very tasty, in my opinion! Thanks for the recipe!
