Macaroni with nutmeg and cheese
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Boil pasta in salted water. Drain. While the pasta is cooking, heat the milk in a small saucepan without bringing to a boil. Set aside.
STEP 2
Melt 6 tablespoons of butter.
STEP 3
Add flour and fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Gradually pour in the milk and, continuing to stir, cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
STEP 4
Then increase the heat, add grated cheese,
STEP 5
season with salt
STEP 6
pepper and nutmeg. Add cooked pasta to baking dish. and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
STEP 7
Slice the champignons.
STEP 8
Place mushrooms on top of pasta.
STEP 9
Pour over the sauce.
STEP 10
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on pasta. Melt the remaining butter and mix in the breadcrumbs. Pour over pasta and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
