    First, place a pot of water to cook the pasta on the stove. While it's boiling, work on other foods. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Take high-quality and natural cheese, without milk fat substitutes. Hard or semi-solid is best, as long as it melts well and is tasty.

    Beat the egg into a bowl. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Lightly beat it with a fork until smooth. Add a little salt and ground black pepper. Keep in mind that the egg will then be mixed with cheese, which also contains salt; do not over-salt. Mix the egg again.

    Meanwhile the water will boil. Salt it and add pasta. Stir immediately to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. Cook pasta over medium heat according to package instructions. Stir the contents of the pan from time to time. Do not overcook the pasta; it should remain slightly hard - this pasta is both tastier and healthier.

    Place the finished pasta in a frying pan. It is better if it has a non-stick coating, then the cheese will not stick to the bottom. To prevent the dish from turning out dry, add a little water in which the pasta was cooked. Place the egg and cheese into the pan. Make the heat minimal, then the egg will not curdle but turn into a sauce. Stir constantly until the cheese is completely melted. As soon as this happens, turn off the heat.

I decided to make pasta as a side dish for the cutlets, but I wanted it not to be trivial. I found an interesting recipe for making pasta on my favorite website by searching for ingredients. Made macaroni with cheese and eggs. It's very fast and simple. I used spaghetti like the author. I took 2 homemade eggs, and I chose gaisin cheese, it melts well and is very tasty. From the spices I added salt and freshly ground black pepper. I prepared it exactly according to the recipe. I put boiled spaghetti in a frying pan, added water according to the author’s advice, poured in the egg-cheese mixture and, with constant stirring, simmered a little over low heat. The pasta in the sauce turned out great. The spaghetti turned out not dry, appetizing, completely enveloped in egg and cheese sauce. A great quick dish! It turned out very tasty! I made delicious mac and cheese and eggs for breakfast! To do this, I boiled some spaghetti. For convenience, you can break them or cut them ready-made. Combined the egg with grated cheese and salt. I poured this mixture into the frying pan and immediately began stirring until the mixture completely covered the pasta. I used an aluminum frying pan, but a non-stick one is better, it’s easier to clean later. Usually I fry this mixture, but this time the dish turned out to be completely different. The pasta came out in a thick cheese sauce that tasted delicious with a fork. Just wonderful! Tender and tasty! Must be served hot.
