A quick and tasty dish made from a small assortment of ingredients. I really love brushwood on kefir with fresh milk. Also, when there is no kefir or curdled milk, I make it with milk, but then I always quench the soda with vinegar. It also turns out tasty and satisfying.

Thanks for the recipe! Everyone liked the kefir brushwood and the kids really liked it! Very fluffy, delicious and easy to prepare. You only need a few ingredients, but in the end you can feed a large company. And the products are all simple. I added a lot of cinnamon to the dough.
