I prepared lula kebab on pork skewers in the oven. I had ready-made minced pork, I added chopped onion, salt, pepper and paprika to it. I let the minced meat sit in the refrigerator for a while. I formed the minced meat into sausages on wooden sticks. I fried lula kebab in an air fryer (I baked potato slices on the bottom rack at the same time) and served it with fresh vegetables.
