Prepare a frying pan and pour cold water into the pan to boil the pasta, set it to heat.

    Wash and peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion into small pieces, grate the carrots on a coarse grater or chop them finely. Place the frying pan on the fire and heat it up. Pour in vegetable oil, add chopped vegetables and fry them over high heat, stirring constantly, until the onion is transparent. For dinner I made liver with pasta. I prepared two servings, so I reduced the amount of ingredients. Grated the carrots, finely chopped the onion, fried the vegetables, added processed chicken liver, salt and pepper. I simmered everything together under the lid until the liver was ready.
