STEP 1

How to make liver in a fat mesh shish kebab on the grill? Cut the liver into small pieces. For skewers - in cubes, for grills and frying pans in slices.
STEP 2

Pour milk and leave for 1-12 hours. The longer, the softer and more tender the liver will be.
STEP 3

Drain the milk, salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 4
