Lightly salted mackerel with cloves
This fish and chips is the perfect dinner. You can also use it on a fur coat! We, for the most part, are accustomed to smoked mackerel, but lightly salted herring. However, lightly salted mackerel is tastier than lightly salted herring. And if you prepare it at home, it will be even more economical. So, the benefit is the benefit.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 day
STEP 1
Pour water into the pan, add salt, sugar and spices. Bring to a boil. Boil for a couple of minutes over low heat and remove from heat. Let the marinade cool.
STEP 2
Clean the fish, remove the entrails, head and fins and tail. Rinse the carcasses well with cool water.
STEP 3
Cut the fish into portions and place in a jar.
STEP 4
Add oil to the cooled marinade and stir.
STEP 5
Pour the marinade over the fish. Also add all the spices from the marinade to the fish jar.
STEP 6
Close the lid of the jar and leave it in the room for 12 hours. Then put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 7
After 24 hours, you can eat the fish.
STEP 8
Serve fish with potatoes, onions and herbs. This fish can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.

Here is another favorite recipe that I have tested many times: We just eat the fish, after 4 hours I separate the fish from the bones, so it salts out faster. And it doesn’t survive until the next day
