Frozen spicy mackerel with garlic

STEP 1

I apologize for the scale of production, but I can’t cook such a tasty thing any other way. And so, slightly defrost the mackerel, cut off the heads, tails and fins. Cut the mackerel along the ridge, remove the bones and clean the bellies. With slightly defrosted fish, the bellies are cleaned very well, easily the black film is removed.
STEP 2

Arrange the mackerel in an unfolded form. Mix salt, ground pepper and coriander. Sprinkle all the fish with this spicy mixture. You can add your favorite spices at your discretion.
STEP 3

Cut the garlic into thin slices and place them in random order on the fish. I sometimes make one part of the fish with garlic and the other without garlic. Fold the fish, placing one half on top of the other. Place the fish in a suitable container and put it in the refrigerator for four hours.
STEP 4

Then wrap each fish tightly in cling film or a bag and store it in the freezer. If my fish is salted with or without garlic, so that I know where each one is, I label it. Such fish can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
