Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make potato pancakes with lean mushrooms? Wash the mushrooms and chop finely.
STEP 2

Place the mushrooms in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry until the moisture evaporates.
STEP 3

Peel the potatoes and onions.
STEP 4

Now chop the onions and potatoes (I do this in a meat grinder). Add mushrooms, flour, salt and pepper to taste to the resulting mass and mix.
STEP 5

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon out the pancakes and fry on both sides until cooked. Our lean pancakes are ready, I wish everyone a bon appetit.

Although it’s not fasting right now, I wanted to cook potato pancakes with lean mushrooms. It didn't take long to prepare and it turned out delicious! I had frozen mushrooms, which I thawed and finely chopped. I cut the onion into small cubes and fried it together with mushrooms. This makes it more flavorful. Peeled the potatoes and chopped them in a meat grinder. Added mushrooms with onions, salt, pepper, flour, chopped parsley to the potatoes and mixed well. Spoon the dough into a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until cooked. Simple, quick and tasty! An excellent recipe, for which I thank the author of the site and recommend you try it 😊
