STEP 1

How to make mayonnaise at home using a blender without eggs? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In order not to spend a lot of time and effort on obtaining lemon juice, choose a juicier lemon. Take proven mustard, the taste of the finished mayonnaise greatly depends on it.
STEP 2

Sift the flour into a saucepan or small saucepan (no more than 2 liters in volume). The flour must be sifted to remove small debris if any. Add about half a cup of water and stir until smooth and there are no lumps. The most convenient way to do this is with a whisk.

Then add the rest of the water and stir until smooth.

Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat slightly and cook until the mixture thickens. At the same time, do not stop stirring. If you want a thicker mayonnaise, cook longer. Keep in mind that the consistency of the flour brew will become thicker after cooling. Cool to room temperature.

Place the remaining ingredients in a blender bowl or deep bowl in which it will be convenient to blend.

Beat with a blender until smooth.
STEP 7

Add flour tea leaves in small portions.
STEP 8

Whisk each time until you get the desired consistency.

Ready mayonnaise can be stored for several days in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
