Lemon pie in a slow cooker

Fragrant pastries with lemon will brighten the day with sunny colors. A multicooker is an indispensable assistant in the kitchen; with its help I prepare delicious pastries for breakfast. And the family just rejoices. And baked goods with a stunning lemon aroma turn breakfast into a holiday. This dessert, with its sweet and sour taste and aroma of everyone's favorite citrus, invigorates, refreshes and adds sunny colors to the beginning of the day, even in cloudy weather. However, those who don’t like a slight sourness in baked goods can skip adding juice and simply chop the pulp, removing the seeds and white veins.

On a day off, I want to please my family with homemade baked goods. For this purpose, I chose a recipe for lemon pie in a slow cooker. The dough is very easy to knead. I removed the zest with a large-toothed grater. It tastes good in the pie. I extracted the juice using a fork. The lemon itself was first scalded with boiling water. Beat all ingredients with a mixer. The dough turned out like not very thick sour cream. I didn’t cover the multicooker bowl with anything, I just greased it with vegetable oil. In my slow cooker, pies are baked for 50 minutes. Different models have different times. After that, I decided to turn the cake over and keep it warm for 15 minutes. The pie is simply amazing! Lemon lovers will definitely love this. A tasty and aromatic pie is very similar to a cupcake. Just as soft, porous, juicy! I recommend!

I have a feeling it must be very tasty. I want to ask - I have a Redmond multicooker with a capacity of 800 and my pies are baked in 55 minutes, but what is the power of your multicooker? Something takes a very long time to bake.

Maslova Tatyana, what a delicious delicate aromatic lemon pie you get! A good tip is to wash the lemon in hot water, it probably makes it easier to remove the zest. Thanks for the recipe!

I had large eggs, I used only 2 pieces, but I increased the amount of lemon juice. The author removes the top layer from the citrus with a grater with the largest holes, but I prefer that the zest only reminds of its presence by smell and taste, so I rub it as finely as possible. I baked it in the oven; in a slow cooker the pie would have been completely flat, because... The bowl diameter is large. I bought fragrant, juicy lemons, so I also made fudge by mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice. I applied the fondant to the hot cake without removing it from the pan. Thanks to Tatyana Maslova for the recipe! Everyone in the household praised the pie.
