Lazy pizza made from kefir dough in a frying pan
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We prepare a juicy and aromatic pizza with chicken and vegetables in a frying pan and first of all, break one chicken egg into a container with flour.
STEP 2
Pour 30 ml. kefir, add 0.5 tsp. baking powder, salt to taste and mix gently with a whisk, bringing to the desired consistency.
STEP 3
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
STEP 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes into not too thin circles.
STEP 5
Cut the required amount of mozzarella cheese to prepare the pizza.
STEP 6
Prepare the pizza dressing and squeeze one clove of garlic into a bowl with olive oil.
STEP 7
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
STEP 8
Place the dough in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, evenly distributing it with a spatula.
STEP 9
Cover the cake with a lid for two minutes.
STEP 10
After two minutes, apply a base of home-cooked tomatoes to the flatbread.
STEP 11
Sprinkle the flatbread with a mixture of basil, parsley and dill, then lay out the chicken pieces as the first layer, evenly distribute the bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and pieces of cheese.
STEP 12
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for five minutes until the pizza is fully cooked.
STEP 13
Take the finished pizza out of the pan and pour over the prepared and infused dressing.
STEP 14
We decorate our pizza with parsley, place it on a flat dish and serve the prepared dish to the table. Bon Appetit everyone!
